Monday 1st oct!

Hello! I'm back to randomly update y'all about my holidays and also keep track of myself!

5 weeks of holidays have passed so quickly and here's what i've been doing: Worked at SAFRA Mt faber for three weeks (miserable time there!), then rest for a week (inc. a day out to jb with dad), then just worked for yh's mom at Clementi's pasar malam for a week (awesome!). Super productive!

And finally, it's the last two weeks left to this long ass semestral break. It's finally the time to rest and relax and start packing up for school!

So today, to kick off the week, yh and i made some time out to go on a date. It's been really difficult for us to go out on weekdays becoz of all our commitments but time finally permitted us a day off. A precious day of leave taken for our food date (as usual!) n movie time (Premium rush).

Here's me decked in full F21. It's the first time i'm wearing this top which explains why i got so many repeat pictures of the cross back teehee. I love dis but i think it's a bit too skimpy. And HELP! I'm drowning in my own fats ~_+

Yet another day of waking up early but it's all worth it! I was pleasantly surprised when I found out yh took the extra effort to style his hair today... it's been so long. Handsome boy is handsome as always.

And the grey polo is newly bought last week at uniqlo! Bought it without trying on and it fits perfectly. Yipeeeee!

Previously... I've seen on blogs reviews about this japanese buffet restaurant at Orchard Central and thought that the price was pretty decent! So yesterday, i left yh a note about this place. And today, i found myself at Kiseki japanese buffet restaurant! Foodaholicz r us for sure!!!!!!

We went there at 11.30 (opens at 11.30am) and there was already a queue formed. Paid before entering and it came up to $23 per person! So $46 for two! The variety of food was HUGE. The food they offer includes... crazy amount of fresh salmon sashimi/tuna/hamachi/mussels/scallops and whats not, also a wide variety of sushi which i didn't eat, awesome jap soupy stuffs like seafood porridge and miso soup and also a mini version of pork shabu! We had three portions of that...could have more!!! Also, expect freshly cooked teppanyaki dishes (chicken/pork/assorted veg), chawamushi, lotsa different tempuras and alot of cooked food that we didn't try also. Not forgetting the dessert section which was quite disappointing compared to the rest. They had a whole pot of hot chocolate with fruits and alot of mini cakes n ice cream!

In my opinion, it's a crazy good deal for just $23. With this, i can now say this place owns sakae sushi's buffet hands down!!!!!!! But i think the buffet at nihon mura is not bad too.

Too bad buffet is not my forte. Otherwise i would be indulging in these every other week. Oh btw, we K.O-ed after the first round of massive food on the table!!!!! Half n hour n we're both out of the battlefield, lol.

The movie was after lunch so we were too full for any popcorns! I bet my tummy still had space for that but we just missed it... i want my salted popcorns please.

The story line to this movie was quite lame in my opinion. It all resolves around one small matter and it's just inflated into a 91 minute movie. It's just... exaggeration. Overall, not bad but not the best.

And that's all for today! Hope to see you all soon!

Till then!
